The location in the heart of Tripoli is fantastic, just steps away from bars, cafes, and shops. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, including tasty hot food and good coffee. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the main square. The air conditioning was quite noisy, which disrupted my sleep. I also encountered some minor maintenance issues in the room, like a couple of burnt-out lights. Parking can be tricky. The hotel parking lot is small, and I had to park a bit farther away one day. It's a solid hotel for a short stay, especially if you value a central location.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was magnificent in the centre of Tripoli. Got well-equipped room with nice view when arrived, enjoyed that. Location: the venue was really close to Greece per night and the central town square. I found nice The Grillbar by accident, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very confortable rooms and excellent service from the staff. The hotel is right at the centre of the town, which is convenient. Large rooms, with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was good.

Perfect Location in front of Areos Square and near a very Good Restaurant (Grand Chalet) which I higly recommend. Nice Breakfast and free parking which is very usefull.
The double bed was two single beds united but I suppose this was due to lack of room as the hotel was full.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable although the decor was kitsch-y. The location was perfect - near very many cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.
The room was a little smokey smelling.

I liked the most the friendliness of staff.
I was not offered a solution when I mentioned that in my room is too hot due to the sunny side of the building.

fantastic central area with easy access to parks and museums
I had a wonderful stay with balcony rooms overlooking the big town square and enjoyed spending my mornings leisurely strolling to Agios Georgios Park just steps away, where I could soak up the greenery and relax in the sun after exploring nearby landmarks such as the Archaeological Museum only a short walk from the hotel.

Excellent staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable and the parking space at the back.
The decor was occasionally rather eccentric and weird.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and functional, with a awesome balcony view of the main square. Great water pressure in the bathroom with ample toiletries provided.
Air-conditioning issues include noisy performance and difficulty cooling rooms. Some rooms show bold, dated decor and need a freshen up, while the shower setup in one room required a hand to hold the shower head.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There is a parking lot with is a great advantage.
It was hot, the room was noisy due to being in front of the square where the Easter celebrations were held and there was no airconditioning - only heating, which meant we could not stay in the room with the window closed. Big dissadvantage and not something you would expect for the high room price charged.

The staff was very polite and helpful .the hotel was good for a 3 stars hotel, in a very good location ,near to many beautifull Arcadian villages. The room was nice and clean.
I suggest to serve the magnificent Arcadian honey which called " elato vanilia" instead of the imported one they have for breakfast.
